Music and ritual
Music will always have a significant impact on different things like weddings. People will play different types of songs for the people getting married because it’s their day. Then you have funeral music where it’s a sad moment that one of your friend or family members had died unexpectedly, so people will try and play music lightens the e mood. Then you would have music that you can chill in your room and vibe to. Lastly, you have Christmas music, Christmas music is one of the best songs to have for a ritual with your family or friends. For example, this event is called Charlie Brown's play "A Charlie Brown Christmas." Personally, my favorite music that I think is good for a morning ritual routine to listen to is African music like Burna Boy and Tems. I believe those African artists can be a great ritual morning routine because their music gives off good energy and chill vibes.
This song by Burna boy is a great song and this song gives off party music and great energy during the day because your body would be up from jumping around and listening to this song. Especially on a Friday, you would have even more energy because Fridays lead to the weekends and you know you not going to have to work on those 2 days.
The song "Free Mind" does have a cool summer vibe to it. I could definitely see family and friends listening to it this summer while hanging out by the pool. These artists do give off good vibes and I got into a good mood while listening to them! I will definitely add to my driving playlist.
ReplyDeleteHey Nigel! I really liked the vibe that "Free Mind" gives off. I might just have to add it to my playlist for when I just want some nice calming music!
ReplyDeleteI use gospel music to light up my day just like you use african music
ReplyDeleteI liked the song Last Last by Burna Boy. It does give off a good vibe to being more energetic, and it seems like it's just a good song to move around and dance to. And I feel the same way about Free Mind with it being a song that you can move around and dance to as well.
